The First lesson i got from my spirit guides about how to channel was watching little children play....they said i would notice something grand so i watched and then they told me to play with them using their kid toys...so i tried but at first i noticed wtf i forgot how to play! which i thought wasn't very cool of me to forget at the time...so i spent the week with them and during that time i noticed they can sing spontaneously on and on and then i noticed my brother was spontaneously doing improvisation on piano and it sounded pro but i knew he didn't really know how to read sheet music then so it was exactly like watching a kid play since he was but i mean it! it sounded best ever! so i tried to copy him and my other little siblings eventually i broke out of my shell and became more comfortable with playing around and enjoying life more... before that lesson i was very...quiet during my preteen - teen years anyways you get the idea? this is a lesson i would want you to gain if you haven't... i recommend it! so i gained a more loose than uptight like too suppressed?

2nd lesson: In order to make sense of say your writing down in flow  instead of them flowing out in a way you dislike just use faith in the best words will easily come to you...use faith to turn on your recieving mode and its a mix  of abraham-hicks emotional guidance system...just gotta feel out the vibes like it speaks a language you can give vibes definitions even if you dont hear them speak you can feel in/out each word so its like perfect solution for writers block but if you feel bad about the words you can either change perspective till you feel to smile or change the word as you feel a better word come to you it might be like a special 'aha moment' like the writers block is totally gone...so yeah its totally amazing to see when people heart feel words ,vocals, instruments etc art even....cause it will always be like a prophetic positive message sometimes its even good advice from gods or however you wanna believe but please try to see what you feel about being more equal to jesus i know jesus loves better than him being the only highest one...see what beliefs feel best to you as in the belief wont hurt or feel uncomfortable search for the best felt beliefs and words really...i know theres multiple ways to view one word but try adapting to your emotional guidance system is very key to reach nirvana=heaven on earth!

The 3rd lesson is to observe nirvana's kurt cobain's impovisation spontaneous songs including oh me which is more of a meat puppets cover though but notice these lyrics: "if i had to loose a mind if i had to touch feeling i would loose my soul the way i do i didnt have to think i just had to do it the results are always perfect but thats old news" something like that thats from my memory lol channeling is like not needing to think when fully possesed....  i intend to recieve the 1st and 2nd steps together so i feel instead of words i feel a flow of vocals that again i think im jamming gibberash but its recordded out to be in perfect english its kinda like a mostly unconscious trance or subconscious you is going on and on jamming and singing but i dont notice whats said every time i vocalize its basically me heart urge vocalizing sounds that turn out to be english try to not worry about it but yeah just rock th fuck out lol have fun you know how i said clean your eyes or reprogram beliefs to not make you blind to everythings around you is super  beauty lol i mean it its an eye mode to turn on with faith so never lable anyone ugly cause your eyes are just programmed to distort them so faith in seeing the true beauty will be very magic glows around them too etc... so it works for ears too so just try to faith confidence and that you're doing great i though ti messed up when i thought i wasnt making any sense sometimes but listening back to it and interpretting lyrics years later it prooved to me it knew the future...in this way I jammed possesed saying "in contact its in your head" without even trying telepathy but i didnt really understand what it meant or i dont even remember if i interpretted that one till years later after the whole telempathy shizz happened man it fortold everything i went through but i never found out it did untill later sometimes like a prophecy you know? its not just coincidence its more very detailed of my experiences that happened in the future of that time but some are yet to happen and thats ok cause i have law of attraction and a great life.... :)

Basically to explain more in-depth on the possessed style it's like instead of receiving words the vibes showed me how to flow out heart urge vocals so i was intending to receive messages but i was uncomfortable when i doubted my voice sounds so i often said "come back in" which was possessed that means the higher self of me wanted to make itself known that i am in my true self which is the higher self actually highest self is the same damn thing so don't try to make words try to feel in/out just making cool voice sounds and expect it to make real words in your language and also you can hear your language in other languages it may not be the same definition word but its neat even just to try to interpret other language speaking songs in your language anyways just to see what the messages are its related to interpreting backward music which i think highly that it's implanted in such a way that its messages from gods or higher selves and not evil at all. with that said to be aware and sometimes auto talking may occur sometimes typos are just typos but other times they are auto writes exactly it can be conscious or not untill you 'wake up' i have experience with many degrees of how blended i am with my higher me i program it in the way that if im meant to be possesed i will its related to sleep walking  too and sleep talking and also you know that song that goes something like 'i learn your secrets at night when you talk in your sleep' even if they speak in a different language and they dont know your language when they wake up the higher self of them can speak  in your own language cause it knows it ....which is related to hearing voices give you correct definitions of new words you dont know the definition to yet till you look i up later to see if thats what you were searching for in your heart it works at times but depends how much non jinxing definitions of beleifs you have you can program it uh i tested this but only succeeded with guessing definitions 50% of new words and i know its prpabably  cause i was in question asking mode instead of using faith in recieving mode i was often impatient too much with waiting for the best felt ones to pop up  then

its not a guess to feel a best belief thats from higher consciousness i was trying to program the voices to be truthful and (they are way more helpful when you faith it to be that way and feel it in/out as a best vibe belief as truth you can) sometimes in the past they said Oh that word is an animal and it was but they didn't say the kind of animal the big word i didn't know meant it was a another word for pig but anyways i think it will progress as my esp does which im test running expansion or upgrades to mine its a process to get used to like i program it in a  way like having a remote control to a tv ....aka my vision but not only for  a vision its all the senses actually yet its expanded versions as if i sense whats unphysical in my realm and this may or may not be old news to you lol but its very fun creative and you can see alot of beautiful visions if you faith it the right way (dont say you cant and leave it at cant if you want it to be can you have to believe in you can  first) i honestly have no desire to fly or super power have yet but some esp is just exactly fits the bill or its more my personality than showing off theres just too much damn stuff to be thankful for to soak in those feeling blessed vibes as you peer at everything that surrounds you it could be a damn tree and you can still cry about it in the best felt way i do  that lol thats enlightenment lol

i couldn't walk home one day for example  too tired so i asked to be possessed by my higher self to walk the rest home ..... next thing i know I'm at the house as if i woke up while walking it was only several steps away..i was s thankful and plus if that was evil spirits possessing me i'd be dead ...in the way of getting hurt like those pigs in the bible committed suicide when the evil spirits went in them.... so i have supreme faith higher selves are real, they know more than me, I'm not always perfect with receiving their answers but i trust i will at perfect times know what i need to know when i need to know it....perfect divine timing

added note: i am progressing its  all faith-related and it grows when you are confident, emotional guidance lead aka using heart, and faith and practice makes perfect just don't jinx yourselves by doubting the feel best beliefs that's my advice on how to keep esp to get more and more advanced
